How Can Meeting Attendees That I Assign Action Items Update Status Info?

You can assign an action item to anyone that you have invited to your meeting.  For that matter you can assign an action item to anyone that exists in your Stakeholder list.  When you make an action item assignment and complete a meeting, MeetingResult will prompt you to send an automated email notification to each person you have assigned an action item.  The email contains a link to a web form that allows the person to update status and add comments.  This information is fed back into MeetingResult and is instantly available to you the meeting leader.  In this video we show you how it works from beginning to end.
