Projects - Projects are basically containers for organizing meetings. All of your meetings will be created within a project. Projects mean different things to different people. Below is a sample list of some of the types of customers we have and how they use Projects.

  1. Software Development Companies - Each development effort is a separate project.
  2. Sales Organizations - Each opportunity is a separate project.
  3. Government Contractors - Each proposal effort is a separate project.
  4. Churches - Each ministry team is a separate project.
  5. Company or Non Profit Board of Directors - Each year is a separate project.

Stakeholders - Stakeholders are individuals you interact within MeetingResult. Stakeholders can be invited to meetings and you are able to set assignments to Stakeholders. Stakeholders can also be Subscribers or Team Members.

Subscriber - A Subscriber is a Stakeholder that does not attend a meeting but will receive a copy of the output of the meeting also known as the meeting summary report.

Team Member - A Team Member is an individual that is granted a login and does not have full access to MeetingResult but has access to a Team Member Dashboard, which has all of their meeting information.

Meeting Assets - Meeting Assets are the content that you capture during your meetings. Meeting Assets consist of notes, action items, decisions, issues, and risks.

Meeting Effectiveness Index - The Meeting Effectiveness Index or MEI shows the scores that each project and meeting has. The MEI is a measure of how effective your meetings are.
