We are pleased to announce that we have launched a major new version of MeetingResult that incorporates some exciting new features that our users have requested and that we have implemented to support making meetings more effective. Major new features include:
- Expanded Support for Organizations - now organizations that want to use MeetingResult across divisions and teams can create shared Projects and Stakeholders. The new My Organization Dashboard allows all users assigned to shared Projects the ability to view all meeting data regardless of which MeetingResult user created the meetings.
- Project Level Assets - now you can create notes, action items, decisions, issues and risks at the project level. This will help support the capture and tracking of important information that surfaces outside of formal meetings. This will allow you to maintain an action item log or a risk and issue log for each project.
- Improved Project Filtering and Sorting - users are now able to filter between open and closed projects and sort projects by simply dragging and dropping them in the desired order.
- Expanded Information in Asset Update Notification Emails - additional information related to status updates and comments is now included in the asset update notification emails that are received by a meeting leader when an assignment made during a meeting is updated.
