Release 4.0 of MeetingResult adds expanded support for organizations to allow them to:
- Create projects that are shared across your organization.
- Provide a common list of Org Stakeholders that can be used by all Org Users.
- Allow co-planning of a single meeting by multiple users.
- Allow execution of a meeting by anyone granted access to an Org Project regardless of whether they planned the meeting.
- Simplified the user interface
- Changed ”My Meetings” tab to ”My Assignments” to show all assignments made to the user and all meetings either planned or invited to by other Org users.
